Who handles your data?

What data do I collect?

• Contact form: name, email address, company (if provided) and your message.
• Booking a call (Cal.com): name, email address, the chosen time and any notes.

Why, and on what legal basis?

I use this data only to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who has access? (processors)

• Formspree, Inc. (USA) – delivering contact form messages.
• Cal.com, Inc. (USA) – call booking.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – website hosting.

Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long do I keep it?

For 12 months after your enquiry is closed, or until you withdraw consent. If we sign a contract, for as long as the law requires.

This website does not use tracking, marketing or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, object to its processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@adatconsult.hu.
